Grandmother poisoned by hepatitis B-infected equipment at NHS hospital

A grandmother died of hepatitis B after being poisoned by dirty surgical equipment at an NHS hospital

Nancy Lane, 68, contracted the hepatitis B from a "magic eye" throat probe used in an earlier operation on an infected patient.
But the probe had not been properly sterilised after being used on the earlier patient - known to suffering from blood infection.

  1. in my country doctors go to jail for spreading diseases this way, who s going to jail in this case?so easy to kill people with nothing to pay?
